What is your passion in ministry?

I absolutely love to meet new people and to connect them to different areas in the church. It is very rewarding having people feel welcome and loved when they walk through the doors of our building. I really enjoy getting to serve the staff and interns that work here at Bow Valley. Making the lives of others easier is very fulfilling.

The other area of ministry I am passionate about is working with young families. I serve as the Nursery coordinator. It is a lot of fun welcoming new babies into our church family through showers, baby visits and Sunday mornings in the nursery.

What qualities do you bring to your ministry?

I love organization and people so put the two together and you get me. I end up spending a lot of my time organizing people.

Tell us about your family.

I got married in 2002 to my husband Andre. We love sharing life while serving God, hosting people in our home, watching hockey, and laughing with friends and family. We look forward to what God has in store for our life.

How did you get involved with BVCC?

Well, I grew up at Bow Valley and have always been involved in different areas. After a few years at Alberta Bible College and being involved in leadership in other areas around the church Rick asked me to come on as the Secretary/Receptionist. I love serving God in this role.
