Administrative Elders focus on the efficient and effective operation of the church. Specifically they are responsible for:

• church financial planning and management
• building operations and property management
• staff configuration and management
• crisis management
• dispute resolution
• elder meeting agendas
• chairing meetings and recording minutes

Pastoral Elders shepherd the members of the
congregation and pray with members when
requested.
