LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT — growing more leaders.

2009 Action Steps:

1. Initiate the VantagePoint3 program beginning with the recruitment of 3 or 4 leaders who will receive training this June and begin grps. this fall.
2. Create a forum to discuss and listen to our Young Adults regarding leadership. An initial gathering is scheduled for March 8th.
3. Peruse our list of attendees/members and identify any potential leaders or individuals who are leading in the workplace and encourage them to consider leadership within the local church.
4. Encourage our current leaders to bring a prospective or potential leader with them to events like our Leadership Appreciation Event; the Leadership Summit or other such events.
5. Continue to add new individuals to our various Ministry Teams and develop apprentice leaders amongst our small groups.
