SERVICE — mobilizing more servants

2009 Action Steps:

1. Insure that regular teaching occurs on topic of serving.
2. Continue inviting individuals to share their testimony regarding how they enjoy their areas of ministry.
3. Offer at least 2 short-term mission trips every year.
4. Do another assessment of the number of people in our congregation who are currently serving.
5. Offer an annual workshop on Spiritual Giftedness.
6. Improve our communication regarding service opportunities. Feature in bulletin weekly; in Vantage quarterly and on our Web page.
7. Find a way to thank people for their serving.
   Consider involving everyone from a Sunday morning in some kind of serving experience.
